AXI-5100c III Component Counter
The Scienscope AXI 5100c utilizes a low-power X-ray tube and a large flat panel to acquire component images. Its AI software accurately counts components without manual adjustments, and supports a wide range of components, including 01005s and tall components, through an industrial motion control system that adjusts the X-ray tube and detector height and magnification. The system counts components in reels and has a built-in database of common component types, which can be easily expanded through a user-friendly interface.
