The X-Scope 5000 is a large capacity high resolution – high magnification x-ray inspection system. The X-Scope 5000 has the ability to be upgraded to a full volumetric 3-d CT x-ray system. The X -Scope 5000 is the perfect solution for imaging large circuit boards, aluminum die-casting’s, medical and aerospace components.
